Pendley Construction, Inc. was established in 1972 by Mr. Lem Pendley. Upon Mr.Pendley's retirement in 1996, son Steve Pendley continued the family tradition of constructing quality homes with the emphasis being placed on quality and customer satisfaction. Steve's knowledge of home building began at the young age of fourteen as he assisted his father on the jobsites daily, gaining valuable experience in the home building industry. This experience and dedication to a quality product and customer satisfaction was rewarded in the year 2001 through the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association as being named the "2001 Builder of the Year". Our quality is also evident in the number of repeat buyers we have encountered throughout the years.

For most buyers your home purchase will be the single largest and most important purchase of your life. Although ownership does not take place until your home closing, we are aware that your psychological and emotional ownership begins at the initial contract writing. We also realize each client has different tastes and expectations, therefore our personal service is extended to you from the start of construction through the finished product. Pendley Construction employs top of the line craftsmen and subcontractors, many of which have been with our company since the early years of business.
